About My Work

I support emotionally intelligent women who often carry responsibility for others while finding it difficult to prioritise their own emotional needs and boundaries.

My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their inner voice, develop emotional steadiness, and build relationships that feel more balanced and authentic.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in psychological understanding. I support clients in recognising emotional patterns, understanding the impact of conditioning and past experiences, and developing practical skills for self-trust, emotional regulation, and self-expression.

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology, and my work integrates psychological insight with holistic, healing-oriented perspectives. Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, our work focuses on helping you feel safer within yourself, more connected to your emotions, and more confident in expressing your needs and boundaries.
